Things are getting better

In recent months, there has been a listings increase of 21% as sellers look to get their homes sold before the market slows down. Buyer appetite is still there but this should hopefully reduce some of the pressure the housing market has seen in the past couple of years. As you can imagine, the number of homes being sold had started to decline as they all got snapped up (but buyer demand remained as strong as ever) so this boost has come at a perfect time.
