Opposite here is the bedroom,which is a large and cheerful room with easily enough space to house a double bed, helped in this regard by the huge fitted wardrobes which free up space for additional dressing tables and the like that allow you to stamp your own personality on the place, which is vital, because until you are surrounded by all your own things, it will never truly feel like home. Opposite here is the bathroom which is far larger than I dared to hope although here, the exchange of a traditional bath for an enclosed shower cubicle brings benefits which are self evident. Being tiled throughout in mainly white tiles make the room bright and cheerful, to the point where the lack of an actual window becomes unnoticeable. There is adequate storage provided along with the remaining suite of a pedestal hand basin and low level flush lavatory.

Crossing the hall once more we find the lounge.

This is unexpectedly spacious with one wall featuring another example of the electric storage heaters that warm this home so effectively. However if you prefer your warmth to come from more traditional sources, there is also an attractive and very convincing living flame type electric heater which provides that all important glow that feels cosy whatever the actual temperature. Plenty of light floods into the room thanks to its twin aspect windows, making for a bright and pleasant atmosphere. When I visited the room contained a sizeable three piece suite and this, even along with a large sideboard and various other free standing items of furniture failed to overpower the space.

And finally, we come to the neat and well fitted out kitchen which, although not new by any means remains is excellent condition to the point where renewing anything in here would be very much a matter of choice rather than necessity. Fitted units and work tops line three of the walls and along with copious amounts of storage contain an under counter fridge, automatic washing machine and a free standing electric cooker in immaculate condition. All these items could, if desired, be included in the sale which removes yet another worry from the general trauma and upheaval of moving home and helps to make this a very appealing buy. After all, most prospective purchasers will tend to be downsizing so to find somewhere ready to take any stress off them is simply an added bonus.
