As far from the main road as it is possible to get in Northop Close and thus removing any chance of being annoyed by passing traffic, we find this lovely detached family home.

Positioned almost right at the top of the cul-de-sac any vehicles passing here are probably your own visitors so it would be churlish to complain. This is stylishly tiled from floor to ceiling and also conveniently houses the electricity control board along with the expected hand basin and lavatory.

The next door reveals the cosy lounge with its forward facing window overlooking the garden. The warm atmosphere in here is further accentuated by the welcoming glow from the living flame gas fire in its marbled setting and wooden fire surround., and the top quality 100% wool carpet.

There is a solid looking wooden store shed for garden furniture and tools along with lawn mowers and the like, with the remainder of the space given over to lawn. The area is completely surrounded by wooden fencing, making it a safe haven for playing children too young to venture out into the road, however quiet it may be.

Returning indoors and climbing the stairs brings us to the smallest of the bedrooms which unsurprisingly, is strictly a single room or perhaps, in these difficult days when the prospect of being forced to work from home is once again rearing its head, would make an ideal office.

Adjacent to here and also overlooking the rear garden, the second bedroom is cut from a very different cloth. This is a comfortably proportioned room well able to accept a double bed and associated free standing furniture.

Moving to the front of the home we find the main bedroom, a spacious room with its storage needs catered for by the large fitted wardrobe which in turn allows for twin bedside cabinets either side of the double bed.

An archway leads through into the en-suite which is unusual in that we find the hand basin facing us while the walk in shower lies to one side.
